Each 4 cottages are equipped with modern style kitchen (2 Elements IH cooker + Dishwasher), Washer Dryer and a dry room to dry up your Ski/Snowboard Gears.

Convenience stores, supermarkets, “Michi-no-eki” (Local plaza) and wide varieties of restaurants and bars are located nearby the cottages shall make your stay relishable with no bounds. This is your home, spend your time the way you like.

House Rules

General household equipment/kitchen-wares are readily available with the exception of toothbrush, toothpaste and pajamas.
Smoking in the cottages is strictly prohibited. Deodorizing fee of \50,000(500USD) will be charged immediately in case of breach.
No pets are allowed.
Non-registered guests are strictly prohibited to enter the cottages. (Whenever a house party with friends is to be planned, please notify the housekeeper in advance).
Please keep your waste separated (food waste, combustibles, un-combustibles & recyclables) in accordance with Niseko Town regulations.
Guests can enjoy BBQ during the stay. BBQ equipment are required to be arranged by guests. We can provide few benches through reservations.
We will help reserving outdoor activities, ski/snowboard instructors, restaurants etc. Outdoor activities and instructors are limited in availability. Please contact us prior to your arrival.

Four seasons

冬~WINTER~

Niseko ski resorts, well known globally for its powder snow opens at late November every year.

5 minutes to Annupuri and Niseko Village ski resort and another 10minutes to Grand Hirafu ski resort by car. Our staffs will be more than happy to help you out arranging lift tickets, rental gears, and instructor/guides etc…

春 ~SPRING~

Ski resorts will be open until the holiday season of mid-May.

The mountain foot is a popular place for the locals for wild vegetable picking from June when the remaining snow starts melting.

Just be aware, whenever you see a bear staring at you, never panic and stay calm. Good luck.

夏 ~SUMMER~

Niseko is not just about skiing and snowboarding.

The dry and fresh air shall make your Summer activities such as mountain hiking, rafting, river fishing and so on comfortable and refreshing.

Summer is the peak season for harvesting. Freshly picked vegetables and crops would surely make your dish look and taste amazing.

Each season, Niseko has something spectacular to offer and Autumn is no exception.

The blooming colors of red and orange Autumn leaves, you are sure to appreciate the beauty of Autumn in Niseko. The dancing leaves, chilly but not so cold air and the mellow scent of foliage is just utterly unforgettable.
